What is deleted
We delete your sign-in identity, name, email address, contact and address details, and identifiable health record, including biomarkers, body composition, medications, workouts, nutrition, and sleep data.
What may be retained
We may retain payment and tax records required by law, a record that the deletion occurred using a non-reversible hash, and de-identified health measurements used for internal research. Independent laboratories and practitioners may also have their own legal retention obligations.
Need help?
Email support@prana.health from the email address on your account. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; cancel those separately in your store settings.
